Samsung Galaxy Tablet PC unveiled | Samsung's Media Hub - Purchase & Rent Movies, TV Shows for Samsung Mobile Devices
Samsung unveiled its brand new tablet PC the Samsung Galaxy Tablet PC. It also announced a new service called Media Hub, which will allow consumers to purchase or rent TV shows or movies on their Samsung mobile devices.
The Galaxy Tab is an Android-based tablet that will be launched in Europe in early fall and in other markets including Korea, the U.S., and Asia in the following months. Pricing is yet to be announced:

> The Galaxy Tab comes with two cameras which rival iPad doesn't have: The Galaxy Tab has a 3.2-megapixel camera which facing outward and a front-facing 1.3-megapixel camera, for video chatting.

Twitter is coming up with a completely new redesign of it homepage which will offer a second viewing pane for different kind of content. The idea is to make the site more valuable by not forcing users away from their main view of their timeline of tweets.

Twitter CEO Evan Williams says: “ The basic idea behind the redesign is to make the service easier and faster to use. Today 78 percent of active users turn to Twitter.com to access the service rather than using one of the many third-party applications available on mobile and desktop environments.” Says William; to a packed house of technology journalists at its headquarters in San Francisco.

Toshiba officially unveiled the Folio 100 Tablet during IFA 2010. The Toshiba Folio 100 Android Tablet is priced At €399 (about $511) an will hit Europe, Middle East & Africa in Q4 2010. (The 3G version will come approximately around 499 euros.)
